At Angeles College, we are committed to helping you achieve your dreams as you make strides towards a rewarding career in the healthcare field. Our friendly staff will guide you through the enrollment process and answer any questions you may have about our school and our programs.
Steps to Your Enrollment:
1. Application for Admission
Applying for admission is easy. Whether you visit our campus or apply online, in just seconds you can be on your way to an exciting future in the healthcare field!
2. Counseling
Before enrolling at AC, you must first meet with an admissions counselor to discuss your program of choice. At that time, your counselor will explain the program’s schedule and cost to you as well as the enrollment requirements you must fulfill before you are officially enrolled as a student.
3. Financial Aid
If your program of choice is eligible for Financial Aid, you will meet with an advisor from our FA office. Once you submit your FAFSA, your advisor will be able to give you an estimate of how much Financial Aid you qualify for.
4. Entrance Exam
Each program at AC requires prospective students to take an entrance exam. Your admissions counselor can give you tools to help you study for this exam and schedule your examination date and time.
5. Prerequisite Clearance
In order to be enrolled as a student here at Angeles College, we require each student to submit several documents and forms. These prerequisites must be turned into the office before you can officially be enrolled as a student.
Note: All academic records from countries other than the United States must be evaluated by a nationally acknowledged evaluation service approved by AC (for a list of approved services, please see your Admissions Counselor). If the academic records are in another language, a certified English translation is required. AC will accept translations from the issuing institution or an official transcript service.
6. Registration
Your counselor will help guide you through the paperwork required to register for classes. At this time, you will receive your uniforms, books, and equipment as well as take your photograph for your Student I.D. Badge. Remember to smile!
7. Orientation
At Orientation, you will get the opportunity to see your classrooms and meet your instructor as you get an overview of the program and are introduced to Angeles College’s helpful staff. After Orientation, the journey to your successful career will begin.
